#FlavorfulFriday – Dandelion Root – Yoot Root Teas Review

#FlavorfulFriday - Dandelion Yoot Tea Review

I recently received two bottles of Yoot Root Teas, Dandelion Yoot Tea to review. I have been drinking a cup of Yogi Dandelion Root tea every evening before bed. I love dandelion root because it’s so good for digestion and detoxifying. It also stimulates appetite and balances gut bacteria.

I received two bottles of the Dandelion Yoot Tea, one to drink cold and one to enjoy warm with almond or coconut milk.

I first tried it warm with some unsweetened vanilla coconut milk added and it’s so delicious! If I didn’t love coffee so much, I would drink this instead every morning! Actually, because Dandelion Yoot is caffeine free I can enjoy this daily as well as my coffee 🙂 Win-Win!

Dandelion Root Tea - Yoot Teas Review

I drank the other bottle I received cold and it is a delicious and refreshing treat! I actually really do prefer it warm though, which when I first received these I thought I would prefer it cold. I was definitely surprised by how good it tastes warm.

Yoot Root Teas was founded by Nansee Kim-Parker, who grew up drinking homemade teas that her parents made to help with her chronic gastrointestinal issues she had as a child. As an adult, Nansee used her family’s recipes to support her husband’s health after he lost is spleen in a motorcycle accident.

Yoot Root Teas are all made with organic ingredients sourced for their time-tested healing properties. They are also Non-GMO!

You can choose from 3 different flavors:

  • Prickly Ash Root – The Native Americans used prickly ash for hundreds of years to stimulate a sluggish constitution. It’s tonifying effect supports blood flow and rejuvenates the body.
  • Licorice Root – The therapeutic substances in licorice have been used for centuries. It opens the lungs and ignites the breath.
  • Dandelion Root -Dandelion root’s herbal medicine promotes digestion, stimulates appetite and balances the intestine’s natural bacteria.

Yoot teas promote healing and vitality and are a wonderful way to incorporate herbal teas into your daily diet. I will definitely get more of the Dandelion Root and want to try the other flavors as well!

Have you tried Yoot Teas and if so, which one is your favorite flavor?

  1. Yum! I’ve never tried dandelion root tea but it sounds delish – and I’ve been experimenting with new caffeine-free flavors, so this is a great one to add to my list! Thanks for the tip – I’ll have to see if I can find it locally!
