Happy Friday everyone!! I’m super excited (and nervous lol) to be hosting my first fitness challenge on Facebook! It’s the #SkinnyJeanSlimdown challenge, which isn’t just about fitting into your skinny jeans, it’s more about establishing a healthy active lifestyle. The workouts will focus on legs, but we will also work on your abs, arms, and cardio 🙂 This is a challenge for all levels of fitness! I will be sharing modifications of exercises as well as advanced variations as well.
