With all the Zika talk going on in the news every day, I’m always wanting to make sure my immune system is fully working and protecting my body from any foreign bugs, viruses, illness, & diseases. I have no idea what protects you from the Zika virus, but I’m sure not going to use DEET on my body since that’s a neurotoxin. Instead, I like to use essential oils to build up my immune system and keep my body running at optimal levels. I have been using essential oils all winter and have not caught cold once…which I normally would get a cold at least once during the winter.

This immune boosting rollerball recipe is great to use every day to prevent sickness and build up your immune system.

Recipe:

Rub on the bottoms of your feet each night before bed. This is also great to use right before flying as well. Do you have any healthy ways to boost your immune system?
