
Happy Monday! This is going to be a really quick post just to let you know that I will be doing another fitness challenge! I’m super excited for this one! This one is 30 days long and will help you NOT gain weight during the Holiday season so you can enjoy those yummy treats at all your Holiday gatherings without feeling guilty.
We all want to enjoy the Holiday’s without feeling guilty or “bad” that we had too much spiked eggnog or a piece of pie (with ice cream) after that huge dinner!
I’m going to be giving you lots of healthy tips to be able to enjoy those indulgences and maintain your current weight so after the Holiday’s are over you can jump on the healthy train and get back into and focus more on your healthy eating and fitness routine.
