Amp up Your Fitness: The Fitness Games App Review

TFG Banner

I’m always looking for ways to amp up my fitness and improve my endurance, strength, and flexibility. I do this mainly through free apps and workout videos.

Have you heard of The Fitness Games app? It’s a new mobile app that connects the world through fitness, motivating people to exercise through challenges, competitions, and social media.

Disclosure: I received the opportunity to review The Fitness Games App through my ambassadorship with Fit Approach as a Sweat Pink Ambassador. I received the Platinum version of the app to review. All opinions are my own.

When you download the app you get to set up your workout profile, adding a picture, putting in your weight and height if you wish, add in your favorite workout song and your workout philosophy.

The Fitness Games app offers different types of workouts you can do from strength training to cardiovascular, full body, and cross training.

Running Outdoor Challenge

You choose a workout then who you want to challenge, yourself, a friend, someone located near your or anyone around the country!

There are pictures that show you how to do some of the exercises which is nice if you don’t understand the description.

I personally, don’t see myself using the app very often since I’m not a runner and I don’t go to the gym. I workout at home daily and I haven’t seen any workouts that I can do from home that don’t require any kind of gym equipment. I will continue to use The Fitness Games app as I’m hoping more of my friends will join it and I’m hoping they will add routines that can be done easily at home.

It’s definitely a fabulous app to motivate those who are runners or workout at the gym.

Two fitness apps that I currently use and love: one which is Lorna Jane app and the other is the JessicaSmithTV app. I use the Lorna Jane app mostly when my husband and I go walking to track the distance of our walk and the JessicaSmithTV app has all kinds of YouTube workout videos on it that you can do from home for free.

Have you tried The Fitness Games app yet? If not, what’s your favorite fitness app that you use?
