I’m super excited about another Prana Yoga Challenge. This coincides with the #TakeTheLeap 30 Day Yoga challenge so if you are doing this one you can also do the #BringingYogaBack challenge as well!
My goal this year is to improve my yoga practice so these challenges are the perfect way to get back into Yoga and practice my poses.
If you have been following along with me on Instagram you have seen a new pose each day for the #TakeTheLeap challenge. These challenges are so much fun too because I have met so many wonderful people along the way that are also doing the challenges! It’s very motivating to see everyone’s beautiful pose pictures!
This new challenge will be one pose each day that will lead into a Spring Awakening Sequence! Follow me on Instagram and tag me in your photo if you are doing the challenge with me! All levels are welcome and you don’t have to do each pose perfectly and you don’t have to post every day. This challenge is all about inspiring others to hit the mat more often. Yoga has so many wonderful benefits!

2) Post a pic of yourself doing the pose of the day – you don’t have to post every day to enter
3) Use #bringingyogaback #taketheleap and tag both @prAna and @fitapproach
4) Get your friends & family in on the fun!
