We could all use a memory boost now and then, right?! I know I sure could of used a huge memory boost when I was studying for my Personal Trainer exam, which I’m excited to say I PASSED!! I’m now officially certified as a NCCPT Personal Trainer!! Guess I didn’t need as much of a memory boost as I thought 🙂
Rosemary essential oil could have helped me from cramming the night before my test, as it’s shown to improve memory performance, as well as help with stress and anxiety. (Source *2003 Study) I was quite stressed before taking my test, but got through it and can say now, that I’m glad it’s over lol
Inhaling Rosemary can also help improve speed and accuracy during mental tasks. (Source *2012 Study)
So, the next time you need some mental focus and clarity and a boost in memory, inhale some rosemary essential oil or diffuse in your home or office. Not only will it help with your memory, focus and clarity, but will also help you deal with stress and anxiety better.
