The New Year is upon us already…I can’t believe how fast 2017 went! This is the time of the year when everyone makes resolutions for the new year and many of those are regarding one’s health…AKA going on a DIET. I’m going to encourage you to ditch the diet resolution this year and come on a Healthy Habits Journey with me.

These habits are super simple habits that you can do every day. Some habits may be harder than others so you may need to spend more than 1 week developing that habit, which is perfectly fine.
