1 cup Almond Milk2 tsp Cocoa Powder1

Today is the last day of week 2 of my #SweatPink #NoExcuses challenge and today’s task is to share a healthy snack or recipe.

Here is a recap of this past week’s daily challenges. Some of you have been following along with me this week. If you haven’t been following and would like to start, I will be sharing this upcoming week’s daily challenges tomorrow as well as sharing on my FB group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/568184056619040/

TODAY- #SundayZenday- show us how you

It snowed about 3-4 inches last night, so while my husband was out shoveling I thought it would be perfect to make a warm cup of hot chocolate. I don’t like to buy the pre-packaged hot chocolate at the store because they are all filled with too much sugar, processed and dried milk (gross), and other artificial flavors and preservatives. Hot chocolate is super easy to make and takes about 5 minutes! I love simple and healthy recipes!

Homemade Hot Chocolate:

1 cup Almond Milk (I used Califia Farms Toasted Coconut Coconut Almond Milk Blend)
2 tsp cocoa powder (I love Ah!Laska Baker’s cocoa)
1 tbsp raw honey (Once Again Nut Butter has a delicious tasting raw killer bee honey)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Dash of cinnamon

Put all ingredients in pot and heat on stove on medium heat, stirring consistently until warm and all chocolate melted.

Enjoy!

XO,
