#MotivationMonday – What #NoExcuses Means to Me

You can have

Living the #NoExcuses lifestyle means that no matter what comes up in your life, you can do anything. I’ve always been annoyed by the people who say “I don’t have time…”, whether it’s time to eat (which is my biggest pet peeve….I make time to eat), time to workout, time to call someone, or time to meet up for a cup of coffee.

Life is way too short to have excuses. We all have plenty of time in our days to do the things that are the most important to us or that is important to someone you care about.

Even if you life is that crazy busy, you always have time to squeeze in 5 minutes here or 15 minutes there.

YOU choose your schedule and your decisions. There really are #NoExcuses for excuses!

I’m a DO IT NOW kind of gal, and I don’t ever have any sympathy for those that have excuses.

I’ve always been motivated to reach my goals and to never give up on them no matter how long they take. Like my goal of living in a beach house with my husband. I envision that (and also look at it daily on my vision board) whenever I have “bad” days and that keeps me motivated. I’m also motivated to prove to everyone that I CAN DO IT.

Everyone has to have some kind of motivation inside them that they can get rid of any excuses they have. YOU just have to find that motivation.

What does #NoExcuses mean to you and how do you get motivated?

  1. I could not agree more that my biggest pet peeve is when someone says “I don’t have time”. My mom says it all the time and I wanna scream…we all have time it’s just what we do with it 😉
