#FlavorfulFriday – Bulu Box Review

#FlavorfulFriday - Bulu Box Review from Healthy Fit & Barefoot!

Happy Friday! As a #sweatpink ambassador i recently received the opportunity to review a Bulu Box. Bulu box is a subscription service where subscribers receive 4-5 vitamin, supplement, and healthy snack samples to try. Every sample in the Bulu Box is also available in full-size in the Bulu Box store.

Bulu Box is the first health, nutrition and weight loss discovery box designed to help you feel your best. Every sample is sufficient enough to decide if the product is right for you.

What's in my Bulu Box | Healthy, Fit & Barefoot!

I received the following items in my Bulu Box:

Runa Tea – Ginger-citrus guayusa tea for focused energy. I’m excited to try this tea. It has twice the antioxidants of green tea.

Simple Being Simple Diet – The sample I received has 2 capsules in it. The directions say that you take 1 capsule, 1-2 times a day. It contains 55mg of caffeine per serving. I’m not sure if I will sample this or not. I drink 2 large mugs of coffee every morning and don’t need any more caffeine in my diet.

Movit Energy Gummies – Scientifically formulated gummies with Guarana, CoQ10, Folic Acid and Protein for optimal sports performance. These have a few key ingredients that I choose not to eat, like corn syrup and sugar, so I wont be sampling this product either.

Fusion Jerky – This is a chicken jerky made using real chicken. its gluten-free, minimally processed and 99% fat free. They also have it in beef, pork and turkey. I received the Lemon Pepper chicken jerky which I did not like the flavor of.

Earth’s Care Anti-Itch Cream – Relieve pain and itching associated with skin irritations such as poison ivy, sunburn, and minor cuts and scrapes. I like that it doesn’t contain any artificial colors or fragrances and is petroleum free, but I have a feeling this is one of those products that will sit in my medicine cabinet and not be used. In a few years, I will find it and throw it out. I don’t really have a need for a cream like this, but maybe it will come in handy.

Overall I was disappointed with this Bulu Box product selection. I noticed that I received a weight loss box, and i would have preferred an original box as I’m not trying to lose weight. When you sign up for Bulu Box you get to choose if you want an Original or Weight Loss box shipped to you, which you can change at anytime.

I do love their rewards program, which is very generous. Each month subscribers take quick sample surveys about each sample received in their Bulu Box in exchange for 10 reward points each, which adds up to 50 reward points. Every 50 reward points is $5 to use toward the purchase of any full-size product on bulubox.com.

If you are not an ingredient reader like me, I think Bulu Box is a fabulous option to get to try new products. I would love to see them come out with a more Natural/Organic fitness box.

If you would like to try Bulu Box for yourself, you can get 50% off a 3, 6, or 12 month subscription by using the code: SWEATPINK on bulubox.com.

Have you tried Bulu Box or any other box subscription plan? It seems there are new ones popping up all the time!
