I can’t believe its already week 3 of the #BosuStrong challenge, time flies when you’re having fun! Last week we focused on balance and I was proud of myself for _pushing harder_____. This week its all about stretching and toning – so make sure you join in on the fun!
Since we’re talking about stretching, here are 5 of my all time favorite stretches:
I love to stretch my legs by doing _compass pose_____________.
My favorite total body stretch is _Cow Face Pose Variation_____________.
I swear when I do _stretches before bed_________, it feels like _my whole body is thanking me__.
I stretch my mind by _learning as much as I can by reading yoga and fitness magazines_____________.
I try to stretch out of my comfort zone by _trying something new each week___________.
And if you’re looking for a great way to tone your _arms_________, here are my fave 3 tips (tricks, advice, words of wisdom, etc):
_Do push-ups daily. They tone your entire arm, plus your core and help you gain upper body strength for those yoga arm balances.________
_Don’t be afraid to lift heavier weights. You won’t look like the incredible hulk, I swear. More muscle you have the more calories you can burn.__________
_Do HIIT workouts a few times a week to burn body fat off your body while toning your arms at the same time._________
