Balance, Stability & Core Activation with the ActivMotion Bar

Hello my friends!

As a SweatPink Ambassador I recently was given the opportunity to test out an ActivMotion Bar. I was super excited because I have always worked out from home and I train all my clients in the comfort of their homes, so I’m always on the lookout for unique fitness tools that I can use (on myself and my clients) to keep the workouts interesting.

The ActivMotion Bar is a unique bar because it has rolling steel weights (aka ball bearings) inside which make balance & stability much harder which activates your core even more because you are trying to balance the ball bearings inside.

I find that most of my female clients have trouble with balance & weak core muscles so I’m super excited to start using this with my clients. I picked the 4.5 pound bar because I have quite a few active aging clients so I wanted to make sure it wouldn’t be too heavy for them, yet my younger clients can still get the amazing core activation benefit from the ActivMotion Bar. You can get bars ranging in weights from 3 pounds to 18 pounds.

Thanks to my affiliation with FitApproach, now through January 7th you can get any one of their bars for 25% off with the code: FITAPPROACH25

Here are some examples of exercises that you can do with the ActivMotion Bar:

Have you tried an ActivMotion Bar? If not which weight would you want to try?

Stay Healthy my Friends!

XO,

Carrie A Groff
