Flavorful Friday: Quick & Healthy Cottage Cheese Cups To-Go (only 7 Ingredients)

1 cup cottage cheese

Happy Friday! I’m so ready for Summer! Our Winter here in PA hasn’t been as bad as last year, but I’m a ‘Summer Girl’ and I’m over Winter already. Today’s recipe makes me think of Summer because it is one that I make and take along with us when we go to the beach. I have 6 Tupperware containers with lids that I fill up with this recipe and take along to eat for lunch at the beach. You can also use mason jars.

This is a super simple yet healthy recipe. This would be a great recipe to make at night and take with you to work the next day for lunch.

Add vanilla whey protein if you want some extra protein. Just make sure you pick a whey protein that’s from grass-fed cows and doesn’t have any artificial sweeteners or flavors. You can sweeten this with raw honey or cinnamon Stevia which is pretty tasty.
