Cedarwood is a staple essential oil and incense for spiritual rituals, grounding, and balancing the body and mind. It also is great for nervous tension, stress & anxiety.
It smells great and reminds me of a man’s woodsy cologne.
Use during meditation, calming yoga or before bed to calm your mind and relax.
To use just put a couple drops on the top of your foot.
