MadLib Monday! #NoExcuses #SweatPink

Today is MadLib Monday and as a #SweatPink Ambassador I’m challenging all of you to give up any and all excuses this year and tell everyone what you’re looking forward to most this year!

This is all a part of the #SweatPink #NoExcuses challenge. Today’s challenge is to do a 30 second plank, in any variation you like. You can do an elbow plank, full arm plank, side plank, starfish plank, plank with knee to elbows, elbow plank to dolphin, etc… Whatever plank you like to do go ahead and do it. Start at 30 seconds and if you can hold it for longer work your way up to 60 seconds!

Get down and give me 30 seconds!!

Now, here is my MadLib for 2015:

Hello 2015, it’s Carrie A Groff, AKA The Barefoot Entrepreneur.

The thing that I’m looking forward to most this year is reducing my overall body fat percentage so I can get that toned, defined, fitness model look!

I’m also really looking forward to learning more about nutrition and eating healthy and trying lots of new food items that I’ve never had or thought of trying before!

Improving my Yoga is another goal of mine for this year. Yoga feels great and helps me with my balance and flexibility! In 2015 I’m going to be really flexible and master Crow Pose!

2014 was a year of change! I lost 35 pounds and learned how to eat healthier & started making so many foods from scratch (something I wasn’t interested in doing before).

2015 is going to be a year of many more changes and this is just the beginning! #NoExcuses #SweatPink
