Monday’s can be tough to get motivated for a lot of reasons, but Monday’s are a great day to motivate yourself to have a great week! I love to take Sunday mornings to plan my week ahead so that way on Monday I’m prepared and motivated to have a great week.
Yesterday, I sat down with my cup of coffee and planned out which workouts I was doing this week, what I will be blogging about, how many clients I will be helping and my activities I will be doing to reach my personal and business goals for the week.
Here is an example of some of the workouts I will be doing this week:
I never really need any motivation to workout. I absolutely love getting up at 4:30/5:00 AM to get my workout in. It gives me energy for the day, kick starts my metabolism and just makes me feel great!
I usually need more motivation when it comes to working on my business and goals. I’m just starting 100 Days of Manifestation with Lori Hamann which I’m hoping will help me in this area. This is all about learning to create your greatest intentions and deepest desires. Feel free to join me and the 800+ other people doing it! http://www.lorihamann.com/manifestation100

Another area that some people (including myself) need motivation in is healthy eating/cooking. I love searching Pinterest to find yummy and healthy recipes to make, but sometimes I get in a rut of making the same things over and over again. I’m not a meal planner so I usually just figure out what dinner will be that day. I know that sometimes that’s not a good thing because if I can’t figure out what to make or don’t have time that’s usually when the good ole Chinese Takeout Menu comes out.
Let’s get inspired and motivated this week!
What areas of your life do you need motivated in?

I am the same as you- I never need motivation to get a workout in but getting dressed and putting real pants on is a whole other story 😛
