So, the #SweatPink #NoExcuses 4 week challenge is coming to an end. I’ve had a blast doing each daily challenge and have loved seeing everyone else’s posts. It’s been such an inspiring and motivating challenge! I have met so many amazing women that truly live #NoExcuses on a daily basis!
This picture means so much to me because it was a goal of mine to master this Crow Pose and I did it! This was my first time I was able to do Crow Pose and my husband took the picture for me because I was so excited to share this moment with everyone.
I received so many compliments and encouragements from posting my accomplishment and it felt amazing! I used to shy away from sharing my fitness and healthy eating posts, but since doing the #NoExcuses challenge I realize that even if people don’t say anything on my posts that they really do enjoy seeing them and it even helps motivate them! I feel so great when someone sends me a message saying that seeing my posts has motivated them to work out more or change some of their eating habits. That’s all I ever want to do, is to motivate and inspire others to live as healthy as they can!
Life isn’t about being perfect, but living the #NoExcuses lifestyle means that no matter what there is always a reason that you CAN fit in a workout or choose something healthy to eat over something not so healthy.
Even though this #NoExcuses challenge is coming to an end, it doesn’t mean that I will stop living the #NoExcuses lifestyle and sharing my fitness and healthy eating experiences.
