Happy Tuesday! Today is election day and a lot of people are feeling worried, anxious, stressed, depressed, and even weak because of all the drama going on with this election.

Take your mind off the election with this fun and simple beginner’s workout that will build up your strength so you can feel strong, empowered, and fit! (I bet neither candidates can do this workout!)

These exercises are basic but necessary to learn proper form and are the building blocks to a proper strength training program. Do this workout 5 days a week for 30 days and I bet by the end of the 30 days you will feel stronger and fitter! You might even start to see some changes in your body. (Although, if your diet isn’t on point, it doesn’t matter how much exercising you do, you won’t see changes.)

Here’s the workout breakdown: (exercise videos below)

5 Push-Ups

10 Knee-Ups

15 Prisoner Squats

5 Squat Jumps

10 Alternating Forward Lunges

15 Reverse Crunches

Rest 15 seconds then repeat 4 MORE TIMES for a total of 5 rounds!
