
Today’s #TuesdayTip is all about Grapefruit essential oil. Grapefruit has such an invigorating and wonderful smell. If you hit that 2 pm afternoon slump and need a natural boost of energy rub some grapefruit essential oil with coconut oil on the insides of your wrists or behind your ears. Not only will you feel awakened and energized, but you will smell good too.
Grapefruit is also well known for getting rid of cellulite and releasing toxins, so you can add a few drops to coconut oil or your own body lotion and rub it into your skin on the areas of concern.

Grapefruit essential oil can also help with depression and migraines. Just inhaling grapefruit essential oil will boost your mood, but did you know it will also curb your appetite if you need help with cravings? You can also diffuse it during the day, or whenever those cravings are at their worst.
