#FridayFive Kamagon Ball Strength Workout | Healthy, Fit & Barefoot!

#FridayFive – Week 3 – Kamagon Ball Strength Workout

#FridayFive Kamagon Ball Strength Workout | Healthy, Fit & Barefoot!

Happy Friday! We’ve got another fun Friday Five workout using the Kamagon Ball, which if you haven’t heard, is a fun hydro-inertia training tool that you can make heavier or lighter depending on how much water you add to your ball. I filled mine up the whole way which makes it 12 lbs.

This week’s workout is more of a strength training workout, so go through each exercise in order and do 10-12 reps then repeat 3-5 times depending on your fitness level.

Here are the exercises:

  • Shoulder Raises
  • Deadlifts
  • Side Lunge w/Overhead Extension (do this without the ball if you have back problems or hold the ball in front of your chest)
  • One Leg Hamstring Extension w/Overhead Extension (do this one without the ball as well if you have any back problems)
  • Bicycle Crunches

If you would like to get your own Kamagon Ball, which is a fun hydro-inertia fitness tool that adds resistance to your workouts by the movement of water within the ball, you can get one for 25% off with code: SPHF25 at www.hedstromfitness.com/sweatpink. This code is good through 2/28.
