This year I made a goal of improving my Yoga practice and to help me do that I’m going to #TakeTheLeap and commit to 30 days of yoga with prAna and Sweat Pink! I would love all the encouragement I could get, so I will be sharing every day on my Instagram. This challenge is super easy to join and I would love to have some of you doing the challenge right along with me! The challenge starts Monday, February 2nd and ends March 8th.

- Join the challenge on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or your blog (whichever you have) and use the hashtags #TakeTheLeap #prana & #SweatPink

To get this challenge started I’m doing this fun MadLib (feel free to do one yourself and replace my bold and italic words with words of your own):
When I think about yoga, the first thought that comes to mind is Flexibility! Yoga empowers (verb) me and makes me feel complete bliss! (noun)
That’s why I am SO exhilarated (adjective) to participate in prAna’s Take The Leap 30 days of Yoga Challenge with Sweat Pink. I plan to Bakasana (yoga pose) my way to a more Flexible (adjective) and Balanced (adjective) 2015!
For me, the biggest challenge when it comes to yoga is breathing properly. Taking the Leap with prAna and Sweat Pink is a great way for me to achieve more flexibility! (same challenge / or be creative!).
My favorite place to yoga is home (noun) because it is so peaceful (adj).

You can do it Annmarie! I believe in you! There is no such thing as being bad at Yoga 🙂 Everyone is at different levels. I’m not the most graceful but Yoga just feels so good I keep practicing. Can’t wait to see your posts!
