Happy Monday everyone! Most of you know that I LOVE doing fitness challenges. They are great for changing up my routine, helping me to learn something new, and keeping me motivated! Sometimes you get a chance to win prizes, which is awesome, but I just love challenges because they challenge me and my body! Not that I don’t love winning prizes though 🙂
This week I’m doing a fun 20 Minute Body Challenge with Brett Hoebel. I did his challenge before and I absolutely love his style of teaching and his capoeira fitness moves!
Each day he will send you an email with that day’s workout, like today’s workout was a fun 4×4 workout. 4 exercises with 4 rounds! It’s actually only 16 minutes to do, but boy do you get your sweat on!
