Happy Monday everyone! We have one more holiday to go through then it’s Goodbye 2014 and Hello 2015! So many people make resolutions and goals for the upcoming year and one of the biggest resolutions people make is geared towards their weight loss and fitness goals.
I’ve got something that can help you get started with those goals! As a Sweat Pink Ambassador with FitApproach I got the chance to review a website called Gigabody.com, which is a website that offers fun and challenging online workouts for busy people. You can access these videos 24/7 from anywhere! Your iPad, iPhone, stream it to your TV or just use your computer. They have videos for everyone! Strength, core, yoga, barre, kickboxing, and much more! You can choose your workouts based on how much time you have to workout, style of workout you like to do, a specific area of the body you want to workout or my favorite way is to use one of their training plans. I started my 4-week training plan 8 days ago and so far I’m enjoying it. If there is a video in the training plan you don’t like (like for me is the dancing ones…I’m just not coordinated at all) you can just do a different video, go back to a favorite video you did before or try something new.
I love following training plans that tell me what video to do each day of the week. This helps keep me on track and so I don’t do the same videos over and over again or work the same body parts too often or too little. Gigabody.com even shows you your weekly and monthly training calendar so you can plan out your week and know how much time you need for each day’s workouts. Gigabody.com is a paid subscription service, but it’s only $8 a month! That’s less than any gym that I know of! The great thing about paying for these high quality videos is that it holds you accountable. I know if it was me, I wouldn’t pay $8 a month for exercise videos and not use them, especially when I don’t even have to leave my house!
I love workout out from the comfort of my home. I’ve always had the motivation to get up at 5 am and get my day started with a good, sweaty workout! It energizes my day and makes me feel great!
